- Base Salary: $130,000 - $152,000
- This role is eligible for sales commission

What You’ll Do
Existing Account Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth
- Close a minimum of $7,000,000 in new sales within your assigned client portfolio.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust, forecastable pipeline.
- Identify whitespace and key decision points to position strategic opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery and rigorous qualification through to pitch, strategic pricing, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Translate complex challenges into actionable strategies and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Apply value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT) to qualify opportunities and close high-impact deals.
Client Advocacy & Internal Partnership
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for meeting revenue targets, driving growth, and ensuring overall account profitability
- Serve as the primary point of escalation and resolution for critical client concerns and internal delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with internal Phase2 resources to align on strategic account planning, define KPIs, and execute growth plans.
- Maintain clean, accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
Client Leadership & Influence
- Build trusted relationships with CMOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
- Navigate enterprise procurement cycles and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Co-create strategic roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- Represent Phase2 at industry events and maintain an active, credible thought leadership presence.
- Travel to client sites, internal offices, or industry events as needed (typically up to 25%)
Sell and Lead with AI
- Translate AI and digital capabilities into measurable business impact using value-selling methodologies.
- A thought leader that guides clients through practical AI integration across marketing, content, IT, and digital operations.

- Collaborate with platform and technology partners to identify and pursue co-selling opportunities.
- Lead by example in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Notion AI for research, outreach, proposals, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to a culture of performance, knowledge-sharing, and sales excellence.
What You’ll Need
- 12+ years in client-facing roles at a digital agency, consultancy, or high-growth SaaS firm.
- Demonstrated success overseeing client portfolios contributing $7–10 million in revenue annually.
- Proven ability to generate $7M+ in new sales within the assigned portfolio within 12 months.
- Proven ability to strategically lead and close complex deals valued at $750K+, navigating multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of AI platforms and digital experience technologies across content, marketing, and product.
- Skilled in value-based selling and qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT).
- Comfortable articulating the business impact of automation, augmentation, and responsible AI adoption.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment using standard digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, project management platforms).
What Would be Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, wellness, financial services).
- Familiarity with platforms like Drupal, Acquia, Adobe Experience Cloud, Optimizely, or similar DXPs.
- Demonstrated thought leadership (e.g., panels, blog posts, speaking engagements) in AI or digital transformation.
