About the role
As an SDR/BDR at Rentvine, you’ll build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives by engaging professional residential property managers (typically ~200–2,000+ doors). You’ll research deeply, personalize outreach, run multi-channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video), and partner tightly with AEs and Marketing to convert curiosity into high-intent demos
What you'll do
- Own your territory book: research accounts, map stakeholders, identify pains, and prioritize plays.
- Outbound, the right way: run thoughtful, multi-touch sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video), A/B test messaging, and use intent + event triggers (conference lists, tech changes, leadership moves).
- Qualify with rigor: uncover pains around trust accounting, data openness, workflows, and total cost of ownership (TCO); confirm problem–solution fit before booking AEs.
- Partner & hand off cleanly: align with AEs on ICP, share context, and maximize show rates and conversion.
- Close the loop: log crisp notes, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and feed market intel to Sales, Marketing, and Product.
What success looks like (30/60/90)
- 30 days: ramped on ICP, product, objections; consistent activity; first meetings set.
- 60 days: hitting meetings-held and show-rate targets; creating qualified SQLs/opps.
- 90 days: consistently at or above quota for demos/SQLs and pipeline created ($); recognized for crisp research, bringing new ideas to the table, and data hygiene.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in an outbound BDR/SDR, business development, or similar role (SaaS and/or PropTech a plus).
- Exceptional written & verbal communication—concise, consultative, and personable.
- Coachability & curiosity: you love feedback, testing, and iterating.
- High activity, high quality: comfortable with calling and crafting tailored emails (not spray-and-pray).
- Tools: HubSpot CRM, 6senser; familiarity with a sequencer (Outreach/Salesloft), data source (Apollo/ZoomInfo), and calendar/router (Chili Piper/Calendly). Slack & Google Workspace daily.
- Bonus: familiarity with property management workflows or pain points (trust accounting, owner/tenant portals, maintenance ops, open API value).
- Nice-to-have: ability to quote The Office at opportune (tasteful) moments.
