Location: Remote – Time zones aligned to either North America (EST) or Europe (London-GMT)


Duration: 3-12 months


We are seeking contract resources who can strengthen our client’s internal teams across three core capability areas: project management, change management, and agile delivery. You will be working alongside ADAPTOVATE and client resources supporting complex initiatives across technology, operations, and enterprise transformation.


As an Scrum Lead, your role involves:
  • Enable high-performing Agile teams by facilitating Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery practices, supporting continuous improvement, and coaching team members to maximize value delivery


Your main objective is to:
  • Ensure consistent, predictable, and high-quality delivery of product increments while fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and ownership
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and continuous flow
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and balance technical and business priorities
  • Remove impediments and proactively address delivery blockers through collaboration and escalation
  • Coach team members in Agile principles, self- organization, and continuous improvement
  • Track delivery performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and use insights to drive improvement
  • Operate within clients Agile framework, standards, and guardrails, ensuring full compliance with established delivery practices and consistency across product teams
  • Foster a psychologically safe, transparent, and data-driven team culture aligned to client's Agile values
