We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Partner Program Enablement Specialist to join our Partnerships as a Service (PaaS) agency team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for the partnership and referral programs we build for our clients. You will be responsible for creating training materials and resources that empower our clients' partners and referral networks to drive success and revenue growth.
Design and develop engaging enablement materials for client partnership and referral programs, including presentations, playbooks, partner guides, job aids, and e-learning modules
Create certification programs and onboarding tracks tailored to each client's partner ecosystem
Build scalable enablement frameworks that can be customized across multiple client programs
Maintain a library of best-practice templates and resources for partnership enablement
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for client partners, referral networks, and internal stakeholders
Conduct onboarding programs for new partners joining client programs
Deliver product training, partner value proposition workshops, and co-selling methodology sessions
Create train-the-trainer materials to enable client teams to deliver ongoing partner education
Develop and maintain partner portals and enablement hubs with self-service training resources for client programs
Create tiered certification and enablement tracks aligned with client partner program structures
Design referral partner enablement materials that drive engagement and conversion
Collaborate with client success teams to ensure partner readiness for program launches and ongoing initiatives
Measure effectiveness of enablement programs through assessments, partner feedback, and performance metrics
Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training opportunities within client partner ecosystems
Iterate on content and delivery methods based on data, feedback, and program outcomes
Stay current on partnership industry trends and best practices to inform enablement strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, training, or learning and development roles
Proven experience creating and delivering training materials and courses for sales teams, channel partners, or referral networks
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences across multiple client organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), partner portals, and enablement platforms
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Canva, Google Workspace)
Experience working in an agency, consulting, or client services environment
Background in partnership programs, channel management, or referral program development
Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms
Experience in instructional design or adult learning principles
Knowledge of partnership best practices including co-selling, referral mechanics, and partner lifecycle management
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
