Salesforce Technical Program Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee complex Salesforce programs in a mission-critical environment. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives that drive business outcomes. The position requires a strong mix of program management, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will guide Agile execution, facilitate collaboration across developers, architects, and application teams, and maintain visibility into project progress and risks. Success in this role comes from balancing delivery oversight with hands-on technical insight while fostering strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative position where your leadership ensures that Salesforce solutions are effective, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.

• Lead and manage Salesforce technical programs, ensuring alignment with governance, development, release management, and operational standards.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, architects, release managers, and application specialists across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Drive Agile program execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
• Serve as the primary liaison with technical leadership and program offices, communicating project status, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with organizational governance, change control, and security requirements.
• Coordinate and manage release activities, including technical design reviews, change requests, and deployment schedules.
• Remove blockers, mitigate risks, and ensure the team remains fully productive and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Minimum of 8 years in technical program management roles, with at least 5 years leading complex Salesforce or technical solutions projects.
• Active CBP BI clearance or equivalent security clearance required.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PgMP) is preferred.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams in collaborative environments.
• Proven ability to execute full lifecycle Agile program management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions to production or migrating legacy applications to modern platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain team focus, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and resolve delivery risks effectively.
