This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting, product expertise, and pre-sales strategy, supporting enterprise customers in adopting and maximizing Salesforce-powered solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, translating complex business needs into compelling technical demonstrations and scalable solution designs. The position requires strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven and cloud-based solutions in a clear and impactful way. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to shape proposals, drive solution alignment, and ensure successful customer engagement. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where technical credibility and communication skills are equally essential. Accountabilities:- Deliver tailored Salesforce and solution demonstrations aligned with customer needs, business processes, and industry use cases.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations with prospects and enterprise customers.
- Gather and translate technical and functional requirements for large-scale CRM and service transformation initiatives.
- Support the creation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
- Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery feasibility.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to define project scope, estimates, and implementation approaches.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with pipeline activity, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Provide feedback from customers to product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
- Stay current on Salesforce, AI, and related technologies to effectively position solutions.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- 2–3 years of experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related tools).
- Experience in selling or supporting CRM solutions, ideally within consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across sales, product, and delivery teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and customer-centric thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Interest in AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments is a plus.
