The Salesforce Solution Architect will serve as the strategic and technical leader for the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Health Cloud. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that support business growth, patient engagement, and operational excellence. The position blends technical expertise with business acumen, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Data, Security, and Technology teams. The architect will guide development and administration teams, optimize workflows, and implement AI-driven innovations to enhance efficiency and insights. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to document, govern, and continuously improve Salesforce solutions. This is a remote-forward role with occasional flexibility across time zones and minimal travel.

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, emphasizing Health Cloud.
• Develop modular, interoperable architectures that support automation, integration, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategy and requirements into actionable solutions.
• Guide Salesforce administrators and developers, ensuring best practices in configuration, integration, and performance optimization.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, including telephony, eSignature, analytics, and cloud infrastructure tools.
• Champion governance, quality control, and documentation of architecture, data flows, and configurations.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, Health Cloud advancements, Data Cloud, and AI technologies to drive innovation and process improvements.

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience, including 3+ years with Health Cloud.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer required; Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Application Architect, Integration Architect Designer, or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, data governance, HIPAA compliance, and PHI/PII standards.
• Experience designing integrations across multiple enterprise systems and data environments.
• Proficiency with automation and AI-driven workflows (e.g., Einstein, Flow Orchestration).
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Git, Copado) preferred.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
