Salesforce Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager based in Canada.

Accountabilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, technical resources, and project objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and project documentation.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution of obstacles.
Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project ceremonies and ensure consistent project governance throughout delivery.
Track project progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and ensure transparency across all phases of execution.
Collaborate with Salesforce specialists to support implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Revenue Cloud.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project delivery processes and team collaboration.

Requirements

7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.
3+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud; experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple functions.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
