We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Architect with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise Salesforce DevOps, release management, CI/CD, and deployment automation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex Salesforce environments and coordinating releases across enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce DevOps and release management activities across large enterprise environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Define and enforce Git/GitLab workflows, branching strategies, version control, and release processes.
- Manage Salesforce metadata deployments across multiple environments, including troubleshooting deployment and pipeline issues.
- Work hands-on with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
- Partner with development, architecture, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to coordinate enterprise releases.
- Support Salesforce implementations involving Health Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security, configuration, and metadata.
- Coordinate Salesforce releases and dependencies across MuleSoft, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving deployments, metadata, CI/CD pipelines, environments, integrations, and release automation.
- Establish DevOps best practices around source control, branching, code promotion, environment management, quality gates, and release governance.
- Support Salesforce GovCloud and federal environments, including environments subject to IL4/IL5 requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce development and DevOps teams.
