This strategic role focuses on driving Salesforce solutions within the State and Local Government (SLG) sector, delivering high-impact outcomes for clients while growing practice capabilities. The Salesforce Delivery Director will lead large-scale implementations, provide thought leadership, and develop innovative approaches to meet client needs. Acting as a bridge between business development, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders, this role requires strong technical expertise, deep SLG relationships, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team. The position offers opportunities to influence organizational strategy, contribute to business growth, and collaborate with ecosystem partners across complex, mission-driven projects. Travel up to 25% may be required to support client engagements and team leadership.

• Lead business development efforts for Salesforce solutions within the SLG sector, identifying and originating new opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in Salesforce practice development and implementation
• Collaborate with account teams, ecosystem partners, and clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions
• Support proposal development, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for SLG engagements
• Build, mentor, and manage teams of Solution Architects, Directors, and Associate Directors as demand grows
• Engage directly with SLG clients to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with proven expertise leading large-scale programs
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, DevSecOps, and implementation methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with ecosystem partners and drive business growth
• Experience working with SLG clients and understanding public sector procurement and compliance processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, drive strategic initiatives, and influence outcomes
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this role
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.) are preferred

• Competitive base salary: $185,000–$309,000 per year
