About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who thrives on building sophisticated, custom Salesforce solutions at scale. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end design and architecture of high-impact platforms that power business automation, streamline complex operations, and grow with the organization.

You’ll tackle challenging, real-world problems—designing intricate business processes with large data models, extensive field sets, and document-driven workflows—while setting the technical direction for scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce applications. Working closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, you’ll turn strategic goals into elegant, maintainable solutions that deliver lasting value.

Your Key Contributions

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions for complex business requirements, focusing on custom development (Apex, Lightning Components, Integrations).
  • Lead architectural reviews and set technical standards for scalable and high-performing Salesforce implementations.
  •  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins.
  •  Design business processes involving objects with a high volume of custom fields, ensuring usability, performance, and maintainability.
  •  Architect workflows and automation for data-intensive and document-intensive operations, including generation, storage, e-signature, OCR, and secure sharing.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and streamline business workflows, reducing manual interventions through Salesforce automation and integrations.
  •  Translate business needs into well-architected solutions that leverage native Salesforce features and custom development where necessary.
  •  Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to define system architectures, data models, and integration strategies.
  •   Lead technical design sessions, creating detailed design documentation and architecture artifacts.
  •   Oversee development lifecycle, including custom object modeling, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
  •  Ensure reliable, scalable integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
  •  Ensure quality assurance via code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to secure coding practices.
  •  Partner with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to align Salesforce architecture with enterprise standards.
  •  Recommend and implement innovative Salesforce technologies (e.g., Experience Cloud, AI/ML, Flow Orchestration) to enhance business processes.
  •  Evaluate technical debt and lead efforts to modernize legacy implementations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Tenure: 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role focused on custom development.
  • Technical: Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • DevOps: Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
  • Platform: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, security model, and multi-org architecture.
  • Architecture: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect; Salesforce Certified Certifications: Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
  • Agile: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Platform:  Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform.
  • Automation: Experience designing workflows involving automated document generation, OCR, e-signature integration, and secure sharing.
  • Industry: Background in legal, insurance, healthcare, or other document-heavy industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
  • Innovation Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
