This role plays a key part in supporting large group sales teams within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare sales environment.
You will act as a critical operational partner throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth coordination of data, documentation, and client onboarding processes.
The position focuses on enabling sales effectiveness through strong analytical support, reporting, and pipeline management activities.
You will work closely with brokers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of sales operations.
This is a highly collaborative role where attention to detail and structured execution directly contribute to sales success.
It offers exposure to multiple business functions, combining analytical work with client-facing and coordination responsibilities.
Accountabilities:- Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and operational tasks.
- Collect, organize, and validate RFP and client data (including census, claims, and related information), while following up on missing documentation.
- Assist in client onboarding and implementation activities, including submission of paperwork and system updates.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal tools, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate with brokers to provide general support, respond to inquiries, and share marketing and product information.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, marketing, actuarial, product, and implementation teams.
- Prepare and distribute market communications and support agent bonus tracking and reporting activities.
- Analyze and summarize sales and financial data to support decision-making and market performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support, sales enablement, operations, or project coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (advanced level), as well as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with high attention to detail and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize financial or operational data such as budgets and forecasts.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work 9am–6pm PST.
