Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Administrative Assistant to work closely with the Co-Founder of AlterCall and our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and persistence. While not a sales role, this person will act as a trusted partner—helping to manage the Co-Founder’s pipeline, coordinate activities, and ensure follow-ups are executed on time. The right candidate will be comfortable engaging with clients, answering basic product-related questions, and stepping in to keep conversations moving until the Co-Founder is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline & Activity Management

    • Track the Co-Founder’s sales pipeline and help manage priorities for outreach and follow-ups.

    • Ensure timely reminders for calls, meetings, and next steps to keep sales activities on pace.

    • Support with collecting payments and resolving client requests in a professional, timely manner.

  • Client Communication & Support

    • Communicate directly with prospects and clients to answer basic product-related questions.

    • Follow up persistently and attentively on outstanding tasks, meetings, or deliverables.

    • Provide interim support in conversations (e.g., covering for a few minutes until the Co-Founder can join).

  • Administrative Support

    • Manage the Co-Founder’s calendar, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

    • Handle emails, calls, and inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

    • Maintain and update CRM records, client information, and documentation.

    • Prepare reports, notes, and meeting summaries as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.

  • Persistent, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks without constant direction.

  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities.

  • Professional, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive or confidential information.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Background in administrative support for sales or business development teams.

  • Basic financial coordination (e.g., collecting payments, sending invoices).


    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: Remote

    Reports To: Co-Founder of AlterCall

    Compensation: $3,000 month plus benefits company covers 70%
