This role provides a dynamic opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to make a meaningful impact within the healthcare industry. The Sales Specialist will drive product adoption by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff, ensuring patients receive appropriate solutions. This position combines strategic territory management, persuasive communication, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will thrive in a field-based role, balancing client engagement, compliance, and territory growth to achieve and exceed sales targets. Travel is required to support regional accounts and build lasting professional relationships.

Accountabilities

  • Promote and sell products to healthcare providers and office staff, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct compliant and effective sales calls, educating prescribers and office personnel on product benefits.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan using data to optimize sales potential.
  • Manage resources efficiently within budget while monitoring and reporting sales performance.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, adhering to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Travel frequently, including overnight trips, to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Assist with additional duties as required to support sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience with proven success in driving revenue.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a professional demeanor.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials up to 20 lbs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
