This role focuses on driving new business growth and expanding market presence within the public sector by identifying, engaging, and developing opportunities for advanced legal and compliance technology solutions. You will play a key role in building and managing a strong sales pipeline, targeting government agencies, and engaging decision-makers through strategic outreach and consultative selling. The position combines high-volume prospecting with solution-driven selling, requiring both persistence and deep curiosity about client needs. You will conduct product demonstrations, tailor messaging to complex governmental environments, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented setting, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional sales teams to advance opportunities through the pipeline. This is an ideal role for a motivated sales professional eager to grow within complex, high-impact technology sales.


Accountabilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new and mid-cycle sales opportunities within government and public sector accounts.
  • Research key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers across targeted agencies to build effective outreach strategies.
  • Deliver tailored product positioning and sales presentations for legal and AI-driven solutions aligned with government needs.
  • Execute structured sales strategies to penetrate accounts and navigate complex public sector procurement processes.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and support consultative selling efforts across the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to progress pipeline opportunities and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, ideally within legal technology, government software, or complex B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of legal tech solutions and their application in public sector workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
  • Comfortable conducting both in-person and remote client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor (J.D.) is a plus.
  • Experience with solution-based or consultative selling approaches preferred.
