Sales Operations Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Partner based in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a high-growth revenue organization, acting as the operational backbone that enables predictable, scalable, and data-driven sales execution. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to the entire revenue funnel, from pipeline creation through forecasting and renewal. The work blends analytics, process design, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that sales decisions are grounded in trusted data and repeatable systems. You will play a key role in improving pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and territory efficiency while reducing friction for sellers. This is a highly visible position that connects Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Business Systems in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational rigor that enables accurate forecasting, efficient pipeline management, and scalable revenue growth.

Partner with Sales leadership to establish and maintain forecasting discipline, pipeline inspection cadences, and revenue operating rhythms
Analyze pipeline health, deal progression, win rates, and sales velocity to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends
Design and maintain territory, quota, and coverage models that align with business growth objectives
Improve CRM data integrity, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene standards to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
Collaborate with Finance, Enablement, SDR, and Business Systems teams to align on reporting, processes, and sales execution frameworks
Develop actionable insights on funnel performance, deal quality, and rep or segment-level performance
Identify operational bottlenecks impacting seller productivity and recommend scalable process improvements
Build trusted dashboards, reporting structures, and inspection tools used by Sales leadership for decision-making
Translate field insights into recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with a proven ability to build structure, drive alignment, and improve sales performance through data and process.

Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical/strategic sales support roles
Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
Experience with territory design, quota setting, or coverage modeling is highly valued
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and reporting tools such as Looker or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales data into clear insights and recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Systems teams
Ability to build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operational cadences
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Sales leadership and stakeholders
Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
Experience with forecasting tools or pipeline intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong or similar) is a plus
