This role sits at the core of a high-growth revenue organization, acting as the operational backbone that enables predictable, scalable, and data-driven sales execution. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to the entire revenue funnel, from pipeline creation through forecasting and renewal. The work blends analytics, process design, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that sales decisions are grounded in trusted data and repeatable systems. You will play a key role in improving pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and territory efficiency while reducing friction for sellers. This is a highly visible position that connects Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Business Systems in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable operating rhythms, and turns data into actionable insights that drive revenue outcomes. You will directly influence how efficiently and confidently the organization grows.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational rigor that enables accurate forecasting, efficient pipeline management, and scalable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with a proven ability to build structure, drive alignment, and improve sales performance through data and process.
