This role sits within our centralized Revenue Operations team and is critical to ensuring our sales team is rewarded accurately, fairly, and on time. You'll take ownership of our commission systems, partner with finance and sales leadership on plan implementation, and ensure smooth execution across all compensation workflows.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is deeply familiar with commission tools (like Xactly or CaptivateIQ) and wants to build scalable, high-trust processes from the ground up.
