About the Role
Tissue Health Plus is seeking a strategic and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of our sales team. This position is a key role within Tissue Health Plus, responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales technologies, analyzing data, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to achieve business objectives. This role bridges strategic planning and day-to-day operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, implement automation tools, and refine processes to improve efficiency and shorten the sales cycle
- CRM Management: Oversee HubSpot and other sales technologies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper utilization
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to leadership through comprehensive dashboards and reports
- Sales Enablement: Develop training programs, create sales collateral, and provide technical support for the sales team
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Build accurate forecasts based on performance data and market trends while monitoring the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth progression
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales strategies with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred but not required)
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations or related role
- Proven success in a leadership or management position within a sales environment
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (particularly HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets and creating accurate sales forecasts
- Strategic thinking to align sales operations with long-term business goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
- Problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Financial acumen to forecast revenue, allocate resources, and evaluate ROI
