In this role, you will support and enhance go-to-market operations within a fast-growing, technology-driven organization operating at the intersection of sales, finance, and engineering. You will play a key part in improving business performance by building financial models, optimizing sales processes, and developing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Working cross-functionally, you will help translate complex operational and financial dynamics into clear, actionable intelligence for leadership teams. You will contribute directly to scaling commercial operations in a complex, high-value product ecosystem while helping align sales execution with financial and operational planning. Accountabilities:- Support and lead cross-functional sales operations initiatives, working with sales, finance, delivery, and engineering teams to improve visibility, reporting, and business performance.
- Build, maintain, and refine financial and operational models that support pricing, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation for complex, long-cycle products.
- Develop and optimize reporting systems and dashboards (e.g., HubSpot and related tools) to improve data accessibility and decision-making across go-to-market teams.
- Identify recurring business challenges and design scalable process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction.
- Partner closely with Finance to ensure alignment between operational metrics, revenue recognition principles, and broader financial planning.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support strategic and executive-level decisions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, consulting, or analytical roles within a high-growth, technology, industrial, or complex product environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including experience supporting pricing, forecasting, and resource planning for high-value or long-cycle products.
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and their application in multi-phase or contract-based business models.
- Experience with CRM and sales operations tools, with HubSpot experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a systems-thinking mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, analysis, execution, and delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
