About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to manage Salesforce (SFDC) processes, maintain data integrity, assist with quoting and contracts, and support integrations with tools like Gong Engage. This role involves improving processes, handling reporting requests, and ensuring accuracy and compliance while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide overall sales support within Salesforce to include serving as the subject matter expert to SFDC Processes and connections between Marketing Tools and Sales Tools.
  • Maintain knowledge system integrations within SFDC and other tools to ensure data integrity within accounts and opportunities specifically Gong Engage, Gong Call Intelligence, and Gong Forecasting.
  • Understand and take in reporting requests to be processed by the data team to ensure we do not duplicate data requests and direct team members to the proper reports that mean their needs.
  • Assist in complex quote building and serve as a QC expert to the quoting process.
  • Independently develops accurate quotes and understands contract terms.
  • Manages processes independently, makes adjustments for improvement and automations, and ensures process compliance.
  • Manages multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with the completion of bids and contracts as needed and maintain understanding of current process to ensure timely execution.
  • Report, audit, and communicate results and patterns in activity, tool adoption, and activity accuracy across the sales platforms.

Essential Criteria

  • 1+ years of experience in sales support or sales operations roles.
  • Practical experience using CRM systems, with a solid understanding of their functionalities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or related field.
  • Salesforce experience.
