About the Sales Manager Partner Sales - NetApp:
MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Sales Manager Partner Sales to join us on our NetApp Team. This job is anticipated to be a remote role, with annual travel to Ogden headquarters. As the Sales Manager Partner Sales you will manage the day-to-day activities and performance of a sales and operations team to ensure their success and the overall performance of the team.

What will you do?
Lead and develop a multi-functional partner sales team, managing daily execution across partner growth, onboarding, public sector support, and deal qualification motions
Drive attainment against sales performance and SLA goals, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds quota, client expectations, and KPIs
Leverage performance data, dashboards, and reporting to monitor results, identify trends, and proactively address gaps or risks
Hold regular team meetings and 1:1s to maintain alignment with client priorities, expectations, and individual development goals
Own and deliver client facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including performance analysis, executive-level storytelling, strategic insights, and forward-looking recommendations to ensure alignment with client objectives and continued program success
Act as a strategic liaison between MarketStar and client/distribution stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and strong program health
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance partner engagement, onboarding efficiency, pipeline quality, bookings, and overall program scalability
Coach and support team members through complex partner scenarios, strategy discussions, and enablement efforts
Ensure operational excellence, including salesforce hygiene, reporting accuracy, timecards, expense compliance, and adherence to MarketStar processes and requirements
Other duties as assigned
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Previous B2B sales experience required. Experience in an indirect channel sale preferred.
Management or leadership experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, strategic planning, etc.
Competitive mindset and willing to drive, performance and exceed goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
Must have an adaptive management style and the ability to work at micro and macro levels
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment

US Salary: Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
The salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
