This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Incentive Compensation Manager in the United States.
This is a highly cross-functional and analytically driven finance role focused on owning and scaling sales compensation operations within a fast-growing cybersecurity organization. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for incentive compensation, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent commission calculations across the revenue organization. The role combines operational execution, systems ownership, and stakeholder management in a high-volume SaaS environment. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales compensation plans, from design support and quota loading to final payouts and reconciliation. This position requires close partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure alignment and scalability of incentive programs. You will also play a key role in improving systems, processes, and data integrity across compensation workflows. It is an opportunity to directly impact revenue team performance through precise and trusted compensation execution.
You will own the full lifecycle of sales incentive compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational excellence across all commission activities.
This role requires deep expertise in sales compensation operations combined with strong analytical, systems, and stakeholder management skills in a high-growth environment.
