What You’ll Do

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll design, deliver, and optimize training programs that power our Sales teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, create relevant content, and ensure programs drive tangible business outcomes.

  • Identify enablement needs and skill gaps across customer-facing teams

  • Apply the ADDIE framework to design, develop, and evaluate training content

  • Lead end-to-end creation and curation of learning materials in collaboration with SMEs

  • Track, report, and analyze program effectiveness, leveraging tools like Databricks, Highspot, Salesforce and Gong dashboards

  • Continuously update and improve training materials based on data and feedback

  • Drive adoption of GTM t tools and methodologies aligned with sales processes

  • Leverage AI-based tools and insights to increase the scalability and effectiveness of enablement programs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of global enablement experience, including content development, LMS admin, and program delivery

  • Instructional design or training background with strong project management skills

  • Experience with Highspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Google Suite and enablement platforms

  • Ability to analyze sales KPIs and adjust enablement strategies accordingly

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A mindset for innovation and a passion for applying AI to improve productivity and learning impact

Salary Range

$110,000 – $130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
