Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

About the Role

Dandy is hiring an experienced Sales Enablement Lead to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Sales Enablement team owns the strategy, design, and execution of programs that help our sales teams reach their full potential. In this role, you’ll be the technical and product subject matter expert for the sales team, responsible for building and delivering programs that ensure they can effectively articulate our value proposition, navigate clinical questions, and differentiate our offerings. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to bridge the gap between our product organization and the sales floor, directly influencing our ability to sell complex, clinical solutions. This is a high-impact, foundational role on a growing Sales Enablement team that is scaling to meet ambitious company growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage product and technical enablement programs from the ground up, including new product introductions, competitive intelligence, and clinical deep-dives.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and our Product Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams, translating complex information into easily digestible, sales-ready content.

  • Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences that focus on the practical, role-specific application of technical knowledge, ensuring sellers can confidently handle objections and demonstrate product value.

  • Work directly with sellers to improve their product knowledge and technical selling skills, both in 1:1 coaching sessions and group training.

What We're Looking For

  • An agile, systems-oriented thinker who can adapt quickly to changes in business strategy and connect different functions and processes to create a cohesive enablement environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a program from start to finish, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to build training programs and resources from scratch, applying evidence-based adult learning methodologies.

  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to simplify complex, technical subject matter.

  • A skilled communicator and facilitator with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable insights for a sales audience.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience operating on a lean team in a high growth, change-intensive environment.

  • Experience in the dental industry, medical devices, or a similar field with complex clinical subject matter.

  • Experience in a selling role.

  • Experience with sales content management systems.

  • Aptitude for using technology and automation to scale and systematize.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $108,800 - 128,000 plus equity. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
