  • Create and curate sales assets including battle cards, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, competitive intelligence, ROI calculators, and other deal-support materials.
  • Work with Marketing to transform marketing materials into practical, sales-ready content that supports progression through the buying journey.
  • Develop SOPs, process documentation, templates, email sequences, discovery guides, qualification frameworks, mutual action plans, and other reusable resources.
  • Produce internal training videos, knowledge-base articles, quick-reference guides, and other enablement content.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and analysis while maintaining quality, consistency, and appropriate brand voice.
  • Ensure enablement content is accessible, searchable, current, and integrated into the platforms and communication channels used by sales teams.
  • Document sales and customer success processes end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to standardize deal stages, progression requirements, handoffs, and exit criteria.
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge repository serving as a reliable source of truth for go-to-market processes.
  • Track content usage, engagement, methodology adoption, and sales activity data to evaluate enablement effectiveness.
  • Build dashboards and reports that demonstrate enablement impact and identify areas requiring additional attention.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and present insights to leadership.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Revenue Operations.
  • Curious, data-driven, and motivated by continuously improving sales processes and effectiveness.
