One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Director in the United States.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned enterprise sales leader to drive significant revenue growth in the healthcare technology space. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle for a rapidly expanding Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution, focusing on strategic relationships with provider organizations. As part of a fast-scaling team, you鈥檒l collaborate with internal stakeholders and work closely with top decision-makers across the healthcare industry. This role requires a consultative mindset, a passion for solving operational challenges in healthcare, and a track record of closing large, complex deals.

Accountabilities:

路         Own and manage the entire RCM sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution

路         Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets focused on healthcare provider accounts

路         Deliver persuasive presentations to executive-level decision-makers including CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle

路         Identify high-value prospects and build a robust pipeline of opportunities

路         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful handoff and client onboarding

路         Lead large enterprise deal negotiations, often exceeding $1M+

路         Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

路         Drive account expansion opportunities within existing clients by tracking performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements

路         8+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT, RCM, or financial workflow tools

路         Demonstrated ability to sell into complex provider organizations and close strategic deals

路         Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and revenue cycle challenges

路         Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment

路         Skilled in navigating long sales cycles and building relationships with executive stakeholders

路         Excellent communication and consultative sales skills, including ROI analysis and solution alignment

路         Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce for tracking, forecasting, and reporting

路         Comfortable working in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
