About you:
Strong Rolodex in Industrial Systems: Experience selling technology products to major OEMs in the industrial systems ecosystem (e.g., manufacturing, machine tools, industrial automation, robotics, actuators/drives, systems integrators, etc.), with a strong network of contacts in these segments.
0→1 Sales Pipeline: Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch, including identifying key target accounts, stakeholders, and decision-makers within key verticals and target companies.
Start-Up Vibes: thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; self-directed and self-motivated where you are the front line to help define the messaging and product with early customers.

About the Role:
In this role, you will maintain end-to-end deal ownership of sourcing, developing, and scaling customer relationships with leading industrial firms. You will build and maintain a customer pipeline across target industrial verticals and communicate how our technology helps them meet their engineering and business goals. You will work closely with business development and customer engineering teams to strategize on enterprise deals, ensuring we maintain strong relationships with our top accounts. As our first sales hire, you will be counted on to shape the early sales team and its culture.
