We are hiring a commission-only Sales Director to open doors with senior stakeholders and drive enterprise growth. We already have two enterprise customers who doubled their annual contract value from year one to year two, and once we are in the room with the right decision makers our win rate is strong. This is an early-stage role at a startup primed to scale, with high earning potential through generous commission plus performance-based equity.

You can consistently start senior-level conversations in banks, insurers, asset managers, payments, or fintechs using your existing network

Responsibilities

Use your rolodex to secure first meetings with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong FS network at the senior stakeholder level: MD, VP, CIO/CTO/COO, Head of AI.
  • Comfortable with complex buying processes.

Benefits
