The Mission

Transform the $600B digital advertising landscape by making creator-led marketing as scalable and measurable as traditional ad channels. Our client's AI-native platform eliminates the friction, guesswork, and manual processes that have historically limited influencer advertising effectiveness, delivering 4-10x better ROAS than other digital video channels.

The Opportunity

As Sales Director, you'll own new business development for a proven platform that's already delivering outsized results for Fortune 500 brands. What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle (from systematic outbound prospecting to close), with $100K+ ACV and a 3+ month cycle

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level marketing executives at major consumer brands

  • Educate prospects on creator-led advertising ROI and measurement capabilities

  • Develop replicable playbooks for the expanding sales organization

  • Partner directly with founders and leadership to refine sales processes and messaging

  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market feedback

What You Bring

  • 8-15 years of digital advertising sales experience in high-growth environments

  • Consistent quota attainment (100%+) with 70%+ outbound prospecting

  • Direct brand sales experience (not agency-focused) with enterprise and mid-market clients

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, YouTube AdSense, and creator integrations

  • Experience with programmatic ad sales, DSPs, and performance marketing platforms

  • Proven ability to present to and influence C-level executives

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven sales optimization

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution

  • Bonus: Track record of promotions and recognition
