This leadership role is responsible for driving and scaling regional revenue performance across North America within a fast-growing AI-driven fintech compliance technology environment. The Sales Director will own full sales execution, from pipeline creation to closing complex enterprise deals, while building and leading a high-performing sales organization. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding market presence among financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise clients. It requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, hands-on deal execution, and executive-level relationship management. The environment is fast-paced, high-accountability, and performance-driven, with significant autonomy and visibility at the executive level. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and BDR teams to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue impact. It is ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives in high-intensity, high-ownership environments.


Accountabilities:

Own full regional revenue responsibility across North America, ensuring consistent quota attainment and sustained pipeline growth across enterprise accounts. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team capable of winning complex, high-value B2B SaaS deals in the financial crime compliance space. Drive disciplined pipeline generation and management across inbound and outbound channels in collaboration with BDR and marketing teams. Lead strategic enterprise deals, including executive engagement, negotiation, and deal structuring to maximize revenue outcomes. Maintain rigorous forecasting discipline, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and regional performance. Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while continuously raising team performance standards and execution quality.

Requirements:
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing enterprise deals, ideally in fintech, compliance, fraud prevention, or data infrastructure sectors. At least 2+ years of experience building and managing sales teams with demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets. Proven ability to drive full-cycle sales ownership, including pipeline development, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership capability in coaching, developing, and scaling high-performance sales teams. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline. Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-intensity environments with shifting priorities and high expectations. Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
