This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative - Team Lead in United States.

This role combines hands-on sales execution with team leadership in a high-performing Sales Development environment. You will be responsible for driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation while actively coaching and developing a small SDR team. Acting as a player-coach, you will set the standard through your own prospecting efforts while helping others improve performance and conversion rates. The position is remote and highly collaborative, working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and prioritize accounts. You will contribute directly to revenue growth by ensuring strong pipeline quality and consistency. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced SDR ready to step into leadership while still staying close to revenue generation and execution.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, ensuring consistent performance in activity, pipeline generation, and conversion outcomes.
  • Operate as a player-coach by personally driving outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies, messaging, and pipeline priorities to support new business growth.
  • Monitor team performance through call reviews, 1:1s, and pipeline analysis, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
  • Own activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Support onboarding and ramping of new SDRs to accelerate productivity and ensure strong early performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on targeted campaigns and account-based initiatives to improve pipeline quality.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a strong track record of exceeding quota in competitive environments.
  • Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading other sales development representatives.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone presence and the ability to coach messaging and outreach techniques.
  • Experience working across outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification in ABM/ABE and MQL environments.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets while accurately forecasting pipeline performance.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline data, identify gaps, and implement actionable performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
