This role offers an exciting entry point into tech sales within the construction industry, providing the opportunity to generate and qualify new business opportunities while learning from a high-performing team. The SDR will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to drive top-of-funnel activity and create a pipeline for the sales organization. The position involves engaging with decision-makers, understanding their business challenges, and positioning the company’s solutions as valuable tools for operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, freemium sign-ups, and existing clients
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
  • Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at SMBs
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
  • Collaborate closely with sales and solutions teams to build a strong pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product developments
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Coachable, curious, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Interest in construction technology or SaaS is beneficial
  • Ability to learn quickly and articulate product value to prospective customers
Benefits:
  • Estimated base salary: $45,000, with eligibility for a variable bonus up to $25,000
