About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help introduce Jinba to the right enterprise teams in the US.

This role is about quality conversations, not volume spam. You’ll work closely with Head of Growth and Founders to identify high-intent accounts, run thoughtful outbound, and turn interest into real conversations.

You’ll be one of the first SDRs at Jinba, which means real ownership, fast feedback loops, and direct impact on revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Identify target enterprise accounts (CIO, IT, Platform, AI, Ops teams)

  • Run personalized outbound across email and LinkedIn

  • Craft short, clear messages that land in-person meetings

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads

  • Book discovery calls/meetings for Sales / Growth

  • Maintain clean CRM data and clear handoffs

  • Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging, positioning, and targeting

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • Comfortable talking to enterprise stakeholders

  • Strong written communication—concise, human, and direct

  • High ownership mentality: you don’t wait to be told what to do

  • Curious about AI, automation, and how companies actually operate

  • Willing to iterate quickly based on what works

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to enterprise or IT teams

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outbound and modern sales tooling

  • Experience selling technical or developer-adjacent products

  • Interest in AI products beyond surface-level hype
