Our latest venture, Intellica, is an AI-native startup reimagining how ecommerce brands connect with customers across the entire commerce lifecycle, starting with checkout recovery. Our conversational AI platform powers hyper-personalized SMS conversations that deliver industry-leading 20–30% recovery rates, 15x better than the status quo. With strong pre-seed funding, and the backing of Atomic, Intellica is scaling quickly and building the next generation of ecommerce enablement tools.

As our Founding SDR, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new opportunities, engaging directly with ecommerce and marketing leaders, and driving the top of the funnel for our sales process. You’ll experiment relentlessly, leveraging AI tools to optimize outreach, and you’ll play a critical role in codifying the SDR and AE playbooks for future hires.
This is not a “check the box” SDR role, you’ll be empowered to test new tactics, contribute to GTM strategy, and grow into expanded sales or growth leadership opportunities as the company scales.
Build and prioritize high-quality prospect lists using platforms like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
Design and execute multichannel outbound campaigns across email, phone, social, and SMS.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into meetings with our founding team.
Experiment with AI-powered outreach workflows, constantly testing and improving conversion.
Track pipeline metrics, forecast outcomes, and share learnings weekly with leadership.
Partner with founders to refine messaging, develop early GTM playbooks, and inform strategy.
Represent Intellica at ecommerce events and within online communities.
Experience: 1–2 years as an SDR/BDR or in outbound sales development, ideally with exposure to Martech tools.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on with prospecting platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly) and curious to experiment with the latest AI sales tools.
Hacker Mindset: You think like a hacker, always testing, optimizing, and automating to get better results faster.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to marketing, ecommerce, and finance leaders.
Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with little structure
Community-Oriented: Plugged into ecommerce chatter on X, LinkedIn, and beyond, you love networking and building relationships.
Prior experience selling into ecommerce or consumer brands.
Familiarity with SMS, personalization, or cart recovery tools.
A desire to grow into a closing role (AE) or leadership role as the team scales.
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
