Sales Development Representative (Remote - US)

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional eager to contribute to revenue growth by generating new business opportunities. You will focus on identifying and engaging potential customers, building pipeline, and supporting early sales funnel activities. Working closely with the account executive team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help refine outbound strategies, test new lead generation channels, and optimize sales processes. The position offers a fast-paced, fully remote environment where analytical thinking, creativity, and a proactive approach are key to success. You will have the opportunity to influence sales strategy, develop your skills, and play a critical role in driving business expansion.

Accountabilities

• Identify high-potential businesses and design outbound strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and execute outbound campaigns from concept to booked meetings.
• Launch and test new lead generation channels, analyzing results and scaling successful approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the growth and development of the sales organization.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social channels to engage prospects effectively.
• Set monthly OKRs with management and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Become a product expert to provide informed guidance to prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment, with a record of top performance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to prospecting and outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Active engagement on LinkedIn or other professional networks.
• Strong interest in technology and emerging sales tools.
• Additional qualities: emotional intelligence, strategic problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple time zones.
