This role is focused on driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, building early-stage relationships, and converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. Acting as a key entry point into the sales funnel, you will help shape revenue growth by ensuring only high-quality prospects are passed to closing teams. Accountabilities:

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including phone calls, email outreach, and digital engagement.
Research target accounts and gather business intelligence to identify high-value prospects within assigned markets.
Engage with senior-level executives, clearly communicating value propositions and qualifying their business needs.
Convert leads into sales-ready opportunities and ensure accurate tracking within CRM systems.
Maintain consistent follow-up activities to support pipeline progression and meeting completion.
Support marketing and sales initiatives, including event outreach and lead generation campaigns.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets and KPIs.
Ensure high-quality data management and CRM hygiene to support forecasting and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales roles.
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation or sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior decision-makers.
Excellent phone, email, and presentation skills with a professional and persuasive communication style.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
High energy, self-motivation, and a strong desire to grow within a sales organization.

Benefits:

Salary range between 70,000 USD and 100,000 USD depending on experience and location.
