You’ll engage home services business owners, introduce Wisetack’s financing solutions, and convert cold outreach into high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.</p><p>This is a high-activity, metrics-driven role focused on creating new opportunities—not waiting for them. Success is defined by consistent pipeline generation, strong conversion rates, and disciplined execution, and collaborating with your account executives.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, SMS) targeting home services businesses</li><li>Engage &amp; qualify inbound leads in a timely manner</li><li>Identify and engage decision-makers, turning cold outreach into qualified meetings</li><li>Maintain strong funnel conversion rates (connect → conversation → meeting → opportunity)</li><li>Build and prioritize target account lists using tools like ZoomInfo</li><li>Effectively qualify prospects (revenue, ticket size, financing usage, sales process) &amp; handle objections on prospect calls</li><li>Partner closely with Account Executives for collaboration and seamless handoffs</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM data and execute structured outreach cadences</li><li>Maintain and track performance against KPIs (activity, meetings, pipeline) and continuously improve messaging<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>2+ years experience in outbound prospecting or high-volume, customer-facing roles</li><li>Bachelor's degree&nbsp;</li><li>Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly</li><li>Familiarity with fintech, payments, or consumer financing concepts</li><li>Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo</li><li>A growth-oriented mindset, you thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot quickly to adapt to changing circumstances</li><li>Highly organized, resilient, and competitive</li></ul><h3><strong>Bonus points</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience selling into home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)</li><li>Background in B2B, fintech, or startup environments</li><li>Track record of top performance in outbound roles</li></ul><h3><strong>Conclusion</strong></h3><p data-renderer-start-pos="1261" data-local-id="2e594bde3b18"><em data-renderer-mark="true">The base salary for the position is $75,000, </em>plus<em data-renderer-mark="true"> annual target variable of $15,000, equity, and</em><a class="_ymio1r31 _ypr0glyw _zcxs1o36 _mizu1v1w _1ah3dkaa _ra3xnqa1 _128mdkaa _1cvmnqa1 _4davt94y _4bfu1r31 _1hms8stv _ajmmnqa1 _vchhusvi _kqswh2mm _ect4ttxp _syaz13af _1a3b1r31 _4fpr8stv _5goinqa1 _f8pj13af _9oik1r31 _1bnxglyw _jf4cnqa1 _30l313af _1nrm1r31 _c2waglyw _1iohnqa1 _9h8h12zz _10531ra0 _1ien1ra0 _n0fx1ra0 _1vhv17z1" href="https://www.wisetack.com/careers" data-renderer-mark="true"><em data-renderer-mark="true"><u data-renderer-mark="true"> benefits</u></em></a><em data-renderer-mark="true">.
