About the role


We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our high-growth sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective law firms to generate new business opportunities. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our AI-powered solutions that are redefining the way personal injury claims are managed. You will work closely with our sales team to strategically target prospects, build relationships, and drive top-of-funnel pipelines. What you'll do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers at law firms and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity while delivering personalized communication that resonates with prospects.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, timeline, and fit for our platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize account targeting and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity in our CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Continuously improve messaging, scripts, and outreach campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
  • Attend virtual and in person events, conferences and webinars to engage potential clients and represent the brand.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a sales, SDR, or lead generation role; SaaS or legal tech experience is a plus.
  • Sales Mindset: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound activity and KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Tech Fluency: Comfortable using HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and other digital outreach tools.
  • Industry Familiarity: Exposure to legal, insurance, or claims tech environments is beneficial.
  • Startup Readiness: Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Team Collaboration: A reliable, resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary $60K
  • $30K On Target Earnings potential
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a fully matched 401K on 6%
