Position Summary

Incredible Health is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As part of the SDR team and reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will play a key role in building relationships with prospective customers and driving growth for our healthcare staffing solution. We’re looking for candidates with at least four months of outbound SDR experience, ideally in healthcare/tech, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. The ideal candidate is polished, hungry, gritty, and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for solving customer pain points related to hiring nurses and technicians. You will uncover prospects' needs and effectively communicate how Incredible Health can help.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Active outbound calls, emails, and messages to leads generated from digital campaigns, conferences, references, webinars, trade shows, cold prospects from pre-verified target accounts, and more with the goal of booking sales presentations.
  • Execute various creative campaigns, including Direct Mail.
  • Articulate Incredible Health’s mission and value propositions to prospects.
  • Drive new, qualified sales opportunities to build pipeline and revenue.
  • Coordinate appointments, calls, and meetings between sales leaders and prospects to discuss new opportunities and business expansions.
  • Prioritize which leads to follow up with based on ideal customer fit, anticipated opportunity size, existing relationship, etc.
  • Test and optimize outreach automation.
  • Track performance and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Maintain database data cleanliness.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to achieve revenue targets.


Success in your first 6 months will look like:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the Incredible Health offering
  • Showcase consistency in booking meetings with C-level Healthcare Executives
  • Develop meaningful cross functional relationships


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an analogous role with a proven track record in an SDR function
  • Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, ideally in the healthcare technology space.
  • Strong CRM/Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Sales Navigator, and sales automation tool experience preferred.
