Sales Attorney, Criminal Defense

This is a sales role, and it is 100% remote: work from home anywhere in Texas. Texas law license required. We can only consider attorneys licensed in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, and every applicant must give a State Bar of Texas number.

You are the first lawyer a person talks to after being charged, and what you say that day shapes everything after it. Lance Kennedy Law defends people charged with crimes across Texas. We are hiring an attorney to meet with those people, explain plainly how the firm can help and what it costs, and sign them as clients. You do not need sales experience. We train you, and we pay you while you train. We hire from the top 5% of applicants.

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas and in good standing, with a State Bar of Texas number and a Juris Doctor
• Someone people trust quickly, who listens more than they talk
• Comfortable asking a person for a decision
• Organized, on time and coachable
