DOOH media is fast growing and siphoning shares from traditional online advertising. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programmatic Sales Account Executive to build our programmatic DOOH sales efforts in the Central Region.. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, strong relationships within the industry, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. 

As the Central Sales Account Executive, you'll act as an ambassador of Screenverse, evangelizing a diverse portfolio of DOOH media solutions and differentiators.

The Position:

The Central AE will be responsible for managing and growing revenue by building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Revenue Growth: 

    • Achieving sales goals through effective prospecting, pitching, and closing of deals with brands and agencies in the Midwest.

  • Client Management: 

    • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with advertisers to maximize long-term partnerships and revenue opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: 

    • Understanding Screenverse's value proposition and translating it to fit client needs for programmatic DOOH campaigns.

  • Pipeline Development: 

    • Proactively identifying and qualifying opportunities in the region, managing a robust sales pipeline, and maintaining CRM updates.

  • Collaboration: 

    • Partnering with internal teams (client services, marketing, supply, among others) to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver value to advertisers.

  • Market Insights: 

    • Staying informed on DOOH trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to share actionable insights with prospects.

  • Presentations and Proposals: 

    • Present compelling presentations and sales proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Midwest Located: Ideally located in Chicago

  • Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally within programmatic advertising, digital out-of-home (DOOH), or a related media industry.

    • Familiarity with the advertising ecosystem, OOH industry events, and key players in the space

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, manage a robust pipeline, and close deals effectively.

  • Programmatic Knowledge: Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including Private Marketplaces (PMP), Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Exchange.

  • Empathetic Seller: Approaches sales conversations with a focus on understanding and aligning with the client’s goals.

  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by meeting and exceeding goals with a focus on uncapped earning potential.

  • Collaborative: Works well with cross-functional teams, including marketing, client services, and operations, to ensure client success.

Salary range is $90,000 -$120,000 + commission. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
