Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings to support sales initiatives and strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales and administrative skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
