<p class="p2"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Sales Account Executive – Agribusiness<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="p2"><strong>Reports to: </strong>VP Sales – Agribusiness<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="p2"><strong>FSLA Status: </strong>Salaried, Exempt<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="p2"><strong>Location: </strong>This position is remote based. Travel may be required from 20% to 40% of the time to meet the business and customer’s expectations.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> We’re considering candidates based in the <strong data-start="165" data-end="186">Pacific Northwest <em>(<span style="text-decoration: underline;">not</span> California)</em></strong>, as well as <strong data-start="199" data-end="222">Colorado or Montana</strong>. Please note that we are <strong data-start="248" data-end="307" data-is-only-node="">not considering candidates located in the midwest or core I-states</strong> for this position. This impact role will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing sales opportunities while achieving a targeted number of sales and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Your ability to lead presentations and communicate to a variety of audiences will be front and center and will open doors for you to build trusted relationships throughout the dairy industry.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li3">Increase Ever.Ag’s presence and profitability within the mid-sized business segment by:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li3">Exceeding projected revenue goals in the assigned territory of customer and prospect accounts<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li3">Landing new logo customers for Ever.Ag offerings<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li3">Identifying potential cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li2">Working with delivery and customer success to ensure high customer satisfaction<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p class="p4">&nbsp;</p><p class="p2"><strong>Key Responsibilities<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li5">Develop an understanding of Ever.Ag’s products and services and how our solution addresses the business needs within the industry<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li5">Become a proficient presenter of Ever.Ag’s solution and comfortably lead customer presentations via the web and in person<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li5">Develop clear and powerful articulations of the value of each solution, positive points of differentiation from traditional and alternative solutions, and ways of overcoming customer objections<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li5">Build relationships with new and targeted accounts; Become a trusted advisor who can point to Company solutions when appropriate; become an expert in identifying challenges our prospective customers face<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li5">Responsible for outbound lead generation activities to both active customers and prospects (Cold Calling, Warm Leads, Email Marketing, and other methodology)<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li5">Develop a pipeline of quality business opportunities<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li5">Successfully secure new signed business and achieve sales quotas<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li2">Participate in other assigned projects<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p class="p4">&nbsp;</p><p class="p2"><strong>Qualifications<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li3">Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li3">5+ years’ experience in a complex outside sales environment<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li3">Direct experience with C-Suite selling and sales processes involving multiple stakeholders<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li3">Previous experience in a quota driven sales environment with documented success<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li><li class="li2">Experience working with a CRM (SFDC) and diligent on status updates to the system<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p class="p4">&nbsp;</p><p class="p2"><strong>Competencies for Success<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li6">Excellent written and verbal communication: Presents oneself clearly and articulately when speaking, assuring that others fully comprehend the intended message;
