BlueRock TMS is a leading provider of transportation management solutions, dedicated to delivering top-tier customer experiences and innovative solutions. We are expanding our operations in the North America market and are looking for skilled and experienced Sales Account Executive (ideally based in the Midwest of the United States) to join our team.


How you will pave the way of your future with BlueRock
Join us as a Sales Account Executive to be  at the heart of our sales strategy, working closely with marketing, business consulting and product teams to convert prospects into satisfied customers. You will directly engage with small, medium and large size enterprises in North America (Canada, USA and Mexico), assisting them in their logistics transformation. Employing proactive and inbound sales strategies, you will identify and secure new business opportunities with new clients in the market of industrial shippers, contract logistics and last mile distributors. Your adeptness in digital transformation and change management will position you as a dependable business partner, responsible for managing the complete sales process in collaboration with clients and colleagues.


How you can make an impact:

  • Execute complete sales cycles, consistently meeting or surpassing monthly targets for new business.

  • Identify client needs and develop strategies to meet them, preferably in a trusted advisor capacity.

  • Source potential opportunities from inbound inquiries and self-generated leads.

  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage new leads, negotiate deals with top decision-makers, and build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.

  • Conduct qualification discussions with senior executives and leaders of various customer departments.

  • Conduct online and in-person meetings with the customers, with a clear focus on value and impact creation.

  • Drive RFI/RFP responses with a clear understanding of customer needs and the BlueRock TMS value proposition.

  • Reporting on weekly and quarterly forecast, pipeline creation and leadgen.

  • Navigate sales through internal advocates to multiple decision-makers, including C-level.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders like business consulting, product and Customer Success to address needs of our clients, and respond to inquiries.

  • Participating and promoting BlueRock TMS in networking and marketing events.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients with a focus on long-term collaboration.

Who you are and beyond:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Account Management, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven experience in logistics operations or familiarity with logistics and supply chain software solutions (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems). A background in transportation management or supply chain processes is highly desirable.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise ROI value statement. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to learn quickly
  • Mature, proactive, committed, self-motivated and cheerful
