The position combines hands-on system consulting with training, troubleshooting, reporting, and project management.
You’ll work directly with clients to build trust, solve complex challenges, and deliver measurable improvements to their financial operations.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients maximize their systems long after implementation and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
The environment is fast-moving and growth-oriented, with exposure to diverse businesses and multiple concurrent engagements.
This fully remote opportunity is well suited to someone who combines strong accounting knowledge with technical curiosity and exceptional client-service instincts.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze, document, and translate client business and system requirements into scalable Sage Intacct configurations.
  • Configure Sage Intacct modules and third-party integration tools according to client-specific requirements.

  • Create tailored reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct to address client reporting and business needs.
  • Train end users on system functionality and help ensure a confident transition to the new platform.
  • Provide responsive post-go-live technical support, managing and resolving client tickets in a timely manner.
  • Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and proactively recommending processes and improvements that enhance outcomes.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with sales, support, developers, and other internal teams to coordinate project activities, manage handoffs, and prioritize client enhancements.
  • Provide clear written project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Research complex software issues, escalate where appropriate, and contribute to effective resolutions.
  • Help strengthen internal operations by developing templates, processes, best practices, documentation, and knowledge-base resources.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in ERP software consulting or implementation, with Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong client-service instincts and a consultative approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to establish credibility and trust with clients across different industries and business environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several client engagements without compromising quality or responsiveness.
  • Strong aptitude for ERP and business software, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an expanding client base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and standard collaboration tools.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Sage Intacct across multiple modules is a strong advantage.
  • Experience configuring third-party integrations, developing Sage Intacct reports and dashboards, or working with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/PSA platforms is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time employment.
  • Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Generous paid time off and company-observed holidays.
