We are looking to hire a full-time Sage 100 Contractor Consultant. Position Description: The Sage 100 Contractor Consultant will work directly with our clients performing software implementations, resolving client support tickets, and addressing other client needs such as custom report writing or implementing other 3rd party software.  


This position will work with other consultants, customer service, and the sales team to efficiently resolve customer issues and to maintain ongoing customer relationships.


Work Location: This is a fully remote position, with the consultant primarily working out of their residential home office. Occasional travel to client sites may be necessary if requested.


Your Responsibilities and Skills (Not all inclusive and not required to have all skills):

  • Implementation of Sage 100 Contractor Software for new clients.
  • Provide training for New and Existing Clients.
  • Provide service and technical support.
  • Data Migrations
  • Estimating
  • Sage Payroll
  • Certified Payroll
  • Liberty Reports
  • Document Control
  • Service


Position Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two years performing implementations, support, and/or end user experience with Sage 100 CRE Software. 
  • Experience with ConnectWise a plus
  • Experience in an accounting role, with knowledge of accounting concepts a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities.
  • Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities independently.
