Responsibilities:
- Â Adhere to all safety, fleet, and Department of Transportation (DOT) policies, reflecting our culture of responsibility and commitment to workplace and product safety.
- Â Drive sales by actively engaging with store managers, replenishing sections, and identifying opportunities for displays, endcaps, and promotional tie-ins.
- Â Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, reinforcing our attention to detail and focus on long-term partnerships.
- Â Manage daily product needs by driving a DOT-certified company vehicle between assigned stores and the offsite warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, handle necessary paperwork, and complete reports, consistently demonstrating personal accountability and a commitment to quality.
- Unload products shipped directly to the warehouse, verify product counts, and store new inventory properly in the designated area.
-  Ensure that your Freudenberg vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed for each day’s deliveries.
- Begin each day by reviewing objectives and conclude by communicating results, sales opportunities, or specific needs with your District Manager (DM).
- Â Follow the established frequency of service for each customer, ensuring superior value with every visit.
Qualifications:
- Â Customer Relationship Management
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Sales and Merchandising Experience
Demonstrated success in driving sales through in-store engagement, executing planograms, setting up displays, and identifying promotional opportunities. - Self-Motivated and Independent Worker
Capable of operating with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability, integrity, and alignment with company values. - Logistics and Inventory Management
Experience managing product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling warehouse-to-store logistics using DOT-certified vehicles. - Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
Effective in daily communication with district and regional managers, addressing store-level challenges, and aligning with broader strategic goals.
