Benefits

·         Competitive salary: $90,000–$100,000 in San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, and Seattle; $76,500–$86,500 in other locations.

·         Stock option grants.

·         Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, effective on the first day of work.

·         Flexible PTO, sick leave, and 9 annual holidays.

·         16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents, plus flexible return-to-work arrangements.

·         401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.

·         $100 monthly stipend for home internet and mobile phone expenses.

·         Opportunities to join team off-sites, events, and hackathons, with in-office perks such as meals and social activities for those based in New York City or San Francisco.
