About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across our GTM organization. This person will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and SDR Leadership to drive process consistency, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.

You’ll act as the strategic operator behind the revenue engine by supporting daily execution while ensuring leadership has the insights, reporting, and infrastructure to make data-driven decisions. This role is highly cross-functional and plays a critical part in shaping how we plan, measure, and optimize growth. This role reports to the Director of RevOps.

What You'll Do:

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Own the company's sales forecast cadence in partnership with the CRO and VP of Sales
  • Deliver actionable analysis on pipeline coverage, velocity, and conversion health
  • Identify risk and opportunity areas across New Business and Expansion motions

GTM Planning & Execution

  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes including quota setting, territory design, and capacity modeling
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership on scenario modeling and goal attainment tracking

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards primarily in HubSpot, as well as Google Sheets and other tools, to provide visibility into pipeline, productivity, revenue performance, and customer health
  • Prepare board-level reporting and executive summaries highlighting key performance trends
  • Own HubSpot as the system of record for GTM reporting, ensuring data integrity and dashboard reliability across the revenue org

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to streamline processes, drive accountability, and align on shared metrics
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on funnel alignment, lead-to-opportunity handoffs, attribution modeling, and campaign performance
  • Work closely with Customer Success on expansion pipeline visibility, renewal forecasting, QBR preparation, and CS-to-Sales handoff processes
  • Ensure clean, well-documented handoffs at every stage of the customer journey -- from MQL to SAL, SAL to opportunity, and closed-won to CS onboarding

Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and improve the end-to-end revenue process, from lead routing through closed-won and into post-sale expansion
  • Drive consistency and compliance across forecasting, deal hygiene, CRM adoption, and CS handoff workflows

Sales & CS Enablement & Support

  • Maintain training materials, playbooks, and dashboards that empower AEs, SDRs, and CS teams to hit their targets
  • Partner with Enablement to track ramp times, activity SLAs, and performance benchmarks across Sales and CS

Systems, Tools & AI

  • Serve as the HubSpot CRM SME and system administrator
  • Evaluate and integrate tools across the GTM stack including Gong, Trumpet, PandaDoc, and data enrichment platforms
  • Proactively identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that increase team efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and reduce manual work across the revenue org
  • Ensure data accuracy, process adoption, and reporting reliability

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot required), Revenue Intelligence systems (Gong preferred), lead routing tools (Chili Piper preferred), and reporting tools including Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success -- including owning handoff processes between teams and aligning on shared revenue metrics
  • Experience working closely with CS teams on expansion motions, renewal tracking, and post-sale operations
  • Fluency with AI tools and a proactive mindset toward applying them -- whether that's automating reporting, improving data quality, or accelerating analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences
  • Experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and GTM processes that scale with growth
