This role sits at the core of go-to-market performance, combining analytics, systems ownership, and strategic revenue enablement within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You will be responsible for optimizing how data, processes, and tools support the full revenue lifecycle, from pipeline generation to forecasting and deal execution. Acting as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and executive leadership, you will ensure accurate visibility into revenue performance and drive actionable insights that improve decision-making. The position requires strong Salesforce expertise, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business strategies. You will also play a central role in enhancing pricing governance, GTM tooling, and AI-driven automation to scale operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales effectiveness.
Accountabilities:- Own and administer the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, workflow optimization, and scalable system architecture.
- Manage pipeline reporting and forecasting, including opportunity tracking, stage conversion analysis, and revenue waterfall modeling.
- Generate actionable insights by analyzing sales performance, deal patterns, and pipeline risks to improve win rates and forecast accuracy.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance revenue operations, including deal scoring, predictive forecasting, and pipeline intelligence.
- Partner closely with Finance on ARR tracking, SaaS metrics, billing alignment, and revenue reconciliation.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM systems such as sales engagement, customer success, and analytics tools.
- Support pricing strategy and governance, including deal structuring, approval workflows, and commercial policy alignment.
- Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, data modeling, and workflow design.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as Outreach, HubSpot, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Omni), and CLM platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Sales and Finance leadership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with SQL or close collaboration with data/analytics teams is a strong plus.
